From beginning to end this was a great family trip. Check-in was smooth, everyone was accommodating, and you could tell that our enjoyment was the number one goal. Our skipper was our guide, we even spent time with his family and made the best memories I think we ever have on vacation. My advice to anyone new to the experience like we were is to ask lots of questions about what's on the boat and what's not. I was confused about things like trash bags and coffee pots and things to cook fish (charcoal, foil?) etc etc. A really detailed info sheet for clients would have been helpful. In the end it didn't really matter though, as in that state of relaxation nothing does!

We arrived at the base early to discuss and plan our week and meet our Skipper. We requested an earlier handover and managed to set sail around 3pm rather than spend the first night in the marina, This was very much appreciated. Our catamaran was well maintained and in good order. High spec level etc and everything seemed to be in good working order. Our Skipper Keino was very professional and really joined in with us. He quickly learned our preferences and then planned a trip to suit our needs. A boat's a boat, a Skipper's a Skipper, but the personality of that Skipper is very important and can make a huge difference to your experience. In fact our biggest concern prior to our arrival was our Skipper but Keino did a really great job in both taking care of us and making the week hugely enjoyable. We prefer to spend nights on anchor rather than moorings or in marinas and he found us some great locations each evening.....partly dictated by some poor weather conditions but always great fun. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this destination or operation and we're certainly looking forward to going back sometime in the future.

We were 8 in a Lagoon 45, but the boys (22 and 23) did not want to share a bed so one of them chose to sleep in the dinette. It worked perftectly and we still had 2 more bunks in the bow! The boat could accomodate 11, although the bow bunks did not have the best ventilation, they are probably uncomfortable in the warm months. Last time we had rented a Lagoon 43 and the difference in comfort was very noticeable! We spent the first and last night night at the marina. On both occasions the restaurant had live music, personally I did not mind it but be warned. The marina may not have all the comforts of a Mooring´s marina but everything was perfect. Everyone was very hospitable and professional, particularly Yur and Toni!. The market to supply your boat is right next door. The ship chandler is also in the marina, although we never saw it open, We were there on weekends. This is our fifth experience renting boats and everything was perfect!

Was a nice new boat. The small glitches with the boat related more to it being brand new than anything. I didn't like having to stay in the marina the first night and waste another half a day checking out. I believe for that expense you should have the boat for the full time you pay for it. Other than that, the crew was great going out and coming in. They made sure we were happy with everything. James was very professional and courteous with out initial walk through and Nada was just as pleasant at time of returning the boat.
