Sukošan is a modest town situated in a wide bay called the Golden Harbour which is home to a very modern, well equipped marina. It includes great restaurants, shops, a diving club and wonderful beaches. Its location is ideal for a great vacation, being only 7 kilometers Southeast from Zadar!

Vincent @Globe sailor was really awesome in answering any questions that I had as a ‘first time sailor’. You have to do this to have a good understanding for the process. Perhaps the only thing that I didn’t realise was the cost of buoys each evening as opposed to ‘anchoring’ for the night. All made sense once our captain Luka..explained the ‘why’s’. We had the most amazing week and I can’t fault Globe Sailor or the team at the base or our fab captain Luka. Thanks all for a fantastic week!

Perfect check in, great hospitality, average boat condition but all worked well. Only minus is holding tank odor, when toiltet is flushed.

Boat was in good condition. Everything went perfect, easy, no drama, no delays, parking convenient at base, departure early, and late arrival back. No fuss, no drama. I would recommend this charter and would use them again. Boat was simple and small, but in good condition. Sukosan as a departure is a bit of a pain if you cannot go under the bridge to the west because it adds 2+ hours of travel to get out to the outter islands. But we made the most of it. It is nice you can arrive back to the marina on Saturday morning after refueling. Gas station near by can be a zoo, plan ahead and be there by 6 am if you can to avoid crowds of inexperienced skippers. Pumps dont open until 8 am however.
