Sail 8 days in the Tyrrhenian Sea to discover one of the most beautiful volcanic archipelagos in the world: the Aeolian Islands! Jewel of Sicily, this archipelago is full of natural beauties. Aboard a very comfortable schooner, Gelidonya II, you will discover this splendid region classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
DAY 1 : Milazzo - Lipari
Board at 6pm at the port of Lipari. The captain and crew introduce themselves over a welcome cocktail. You will have your evening to discover Lipari, the largest island in the archipelago. Visit the Castello, which is an ancient Greek acropolis, the archaeological museum, the thermal baths of San Calogero, Monte Guardia and the international observatory. Disembark to go to one of the many restaurants of the port and taste your first Sicilian dish.
DAY 2 : Lipari - Filicudi
After breakfast, anchor and sail along the east coast of Liapri. Set course for Filicudi. Discover the Grotta Del Bue Marino, and stop for swimming in the idyllic place. After lunch at La Canna and if weather permitting, your gulet will sail close to the coast of Filicudi. At the end of the afternoon, you reach your anchorage and the dinghy will drop you off at the Pecorini pontoon, which gives you access to a Neolithic village to visit before eating.
DAY 3 : Filicudi - Salina
Set sail for one of the archipelago's most misunderstood islands: Salina. At 961 m high, it is the most luxuriant and highest of all wind turbines. During this crossing, the Gelidonya makes a stopover in the magnificent "Bay of Pollara". Enjoy a moment of relaxation in this magical place to explore the seabed before heading to Salina. At the end of the day, you arrive at the port of Santa Marina di Salina. Stroll through the alleys in search of your culinary stopover for the evening.
DAY 4 : Salina - Panarea
A day's sailing to Panarea, the smallest island in the Aeolian archipelago, the most popular and frequented by Italian and foreign personalities. You will make the first stop in Cala Junco. This small cove offers a beautiful pebble beach bordered by clear blue-green water. Your journey continues on Lisca Bianca islet, where you will stop for lunch and refreshment. Before your return to Panarea, you will stop at the islet Basiluzzo. Dinner at leisure in one of the local "ristorante".
DAY 5 : Panarea - Stromboli - Panarea
You cast off and sail towards Stromboli. You will enjoy the daytime observation of the "Sciara di Fuoco" grey volcanic debris that protrudes into the water for about one kilometer to the foot of the crater. The rock is reddened by the fire of this volcano, which has been in almost permanent activity for 2500 years. We will suggest you go diving in Strombolicchio and visit its lighthouse. After lunch, you will discover the village of Stromboli. Then you will return to Panera. Dinner at leisure in one of the local "ristorante".

DAY 6 : Panarea - Vulcano
Your gulet resumes its cruise south to Vulcano. You will anchor near the Quaglio della Quaglia and explore the Grotto of the Horse and the Venus swimming pool. Two steps to the dream landscapes. In the early afternoon, you will head to the "Black Sands" (black sand beaches) and thermal pools for a moment of relaxation. Plan to wear good shoes for a one-hour walk to the volcano crater. After the walk, you can relax in the hot mud pools of the volcano or continue exploring the island on foot before finding your "Trattoria" for dinner. Night in Vulcano.
DAY 7 : Vulcano - Lipari
After breakfast, the gulet heads for Lipari via the Faraglioni. Located in the south of the island, these 3 impressive rocks come out of the sea. Their particular shapes have been shaped over time by wind, weather and sea. A little before lunch, you can take a swim in the sublime turquoise waters. You will dock at Marina Corta, the old port of Lipari at the end of the day. Free time to discover the city, its majestic acropolis and its cathedral "Dell'Addolorata". You will then walk through the alleys in search of a friendly restaurant.
DAY 8 : Lipari
Last breakfast on your gulet, it's time to say goodbye. The landing is scheduled for 09:00. For those who leave on Saturday afternoons, it is possible to leave their luggage and make an excursion.
