DAY 1: Sainte-Anne Bay (Praslin)
The crew will meet you between 11am and 12pm in Sainte-Anne Bay for your embarkation. Once on board, you'll discover your cabin and meet the other passengers. You'll then set sail for the first time and enjoy a swim stop to explore the seabed. Dinner and overnight at anchor.

JOURS 2 to 5: Cruise
As the cruise progresses, your itinerary will take you to discover several of the Seychelles' most emblematic islands.
Here is a non-exhaustive selection of possible ports of call, depending on weather conditions.

- Cousin, classified as a nature reserve, is a veritable sanctuary for seabirds, turtles and endemic flora. An ideal stopover for nature lovers and birdwatchers, to be discovered on a walking tour.

- La Digue is considered one of the most beautiful islands in the archipelago. Its authenticity and picture-postcard landscapes will win you over. The best way to discover it is on foot, by bike or even by oxcart. A visit to Union Estate is an opportunity to see an old coconut and vanilla plantation, a witness to local history.

- Curieuse is home to a colony of giant land tortoises, some of which are over 200 years old. This wild island can be explored on foot, on trails that wind between granite rocks, immaculate beaches and lush vegetation. Put on your flippers, mask and snorkel to discover a seabed filled with multi-coloured fish, or simply relax on the warm sand.

- Coco is a true paradise for snorkelling enthusiasts. Its crystal-clear waters are home to exceptional marine life: surgeon fish, parrot fish, leopard rays and many other colourful species that will amaze you. On land, the emblematic granite boulders typical of the Seychelles provide a spectacular backdrop for superb photos.

- Félicité is a peaceful, untamed island of lush vegetation and palm-fringed beaches. Its turquoise waters invite you to swim, relax or simply enjoy a quiet interlude on the Indian Ocean.

DAY 6: Baie de Sainte-Anne (Praslin)
Your disembarkation is scheduled after breakfast, around 8am on the island of Praslin.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I book flights or a vacation in addition to my cruise?

    YES!
Our travel agency offers all our customers embarking on a cruise the opportunity to reserve their flights or accommodation. Our tailor-made offers are adapted to your needs and budget.

We have created two 100% customizable offers:
    - Serenity Service : Booking your airline tickets.
    - Extension Service : Reserve your accommodation (hotel, cottage, villa, etc.) and/or additional activities (excursions, guided tours, car rental, etc.) to enjoy the riches of the region's heritage.

Our advisors, who are specialists in the destination, will send you their best suggestions for your vacation.
  • What documents are required for travel to the Seychelles?

Guests must be in possession of a valid passport and your return ticket or onward travel ticket.
A visa is not required for stays of less than 3 months.

This information is subject to change by the authorities of the country visited. It is not uncommon for border crossing rules to change. We therefore strongly advise you to refer to the “travel advice” section of your home country's Diplomat website.
  • Is my cruise 100% French-speaking?

Please note that this cruise is not exclusively open to French travelers. It is quite common to meet people of various nationalities on board our cruises as we attract an international clientele. This allows for many enriching exchanges and wonderful encounters!
In addition, the crews are mainly English-speaking and qualified to offer you multilingual service.
  • Who is responsible for your transportation to the Seychelles?

Your airline tickets can be booked by the GlobeSailor team. Simply let your advisor know when booking your cruise.
  • How are your transfers organized on site?

Your transfers are not included in your cruise package. If you wish, your GlobeSailor advisor can help you arrange them. Please do not hesitate to contact them for more information.
  • Does the boat sail only under sail?

The catamarans and sailboats offered for cruises move slowly in light winds, especially in summer if the wind is too weak or if the speed is not optimal. Engine assistance is sometimes necessary to keep to the itinerary's stopovers and to ensure that there is a place in the port or anchorage for the night. We cannot guarantee a minimum amount of time spent sailing. However, your skipper will do their utmost to sail and involve those who wish to participate in the maneuvers.
  • How are meals organized on board?

During your cruise, you will enjoy full board, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and mineral water throughout the day. Beverages, soft drinks, juices, and alcoholic drinks are not included in your package. These items must be paid for on site.
Meals are often prepared using fresh, local produce. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any food allergies or if you are following a special diet.
  • What does the cash box contain?

The onboard cash box includes the following items:
    • Mooring fees
    • National park entrance fees
    • Possible refueling with water, fuel, gas, and fresh produce
    • Possible replacement of broken dishes, lost fishing lines, or artificial lures
  • What payments do I need to make to confirm my reservation?

To confirm your reservation, you must inform your GlobeSailor advisor, who will place an option for you while waiting to receive your deposit. The reservation will only be considered final once your deposit has been received (by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card), which is 30 to 50% of the total reservation amount. A 100% deposit will be required for any reservation made less than one month before departure. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the embarkation date.
  • What happens in case of cancellation?

In the event of cancellation, you must notify your GlobeSailor advisor as soon as possible. Regardless of the cause, the following cancellation fees will be charged: up to 90 days before departure: 30% /// 89 to 60 days: 50% /// 59 to 30 days: 75% /// 29 days to departure: 100% of the amount of your reservation.
We advise our customers to take out cancellation insurance with Ouest Assurance.
