Thanks to the expertise of your crew, you will sail safely in the Canary archipelago for 7 days to explore 3 of the 8 islands that make up this extraordinary archipelago (Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera). You will have a great time visiting typical villages, discovering a still active volcano, and swimming in breathtaking coves!

It has excellent stability and is equipped with a full galley, an interior saloon and two exterior saloons (fore and aft). Itinerary of your cruise

Your crew will guide you throughout this week, during which you will have the chance to sail in the heart of the Canary archipelago:

DAY 1 : Tenerife (Marina San Miguel - Los Cristianos)
Meet at 5 pm on the island of Tenerife, at the Marina San Miguel, for your boarding. This is the time to go over the safety instructions, discover your catamaran and settle in. You will leave for a short sail to spend the night in Los Cristianos. You will have time to get to know your crew and passengers over an aperitif followed by your first dinner on board.

DAY 2 : Tenerife (Los Gigantes)
Cast off to "Los Gigantes" and enjoy the view during your first hours of sailing (about 2 hours). You can then enjoy the incredible view of the "Los Gigantes" site, whose gigantic cliffs fall steeply into the ocean. You will anchor here for the night.

DAY 3 : La Gomera (San Sebastian - Playa de Santiago - Puerto de Vueltas)
Set sail for the port of San Sebastian, located on the island of La Gomera (about 3.5 hours sailing time). Take time to stroll through the colourful streets and discover the historical monuments. You will then climb back on board to head for the playa de Santiago and its charming coastal village. Enjoy a relaxing swim before heading to Puerto de Vueltas, on the island's west side, for the night.

DAY 4 : La Palma (Puerto de Tazacorte)
Early departure to explore the island of La Palma allow about 5 hours of sailing to reach it. You will discover the impressive active volcano Cumbre Vieja, which last erupted in 2021 after a rest period of fifty years. Then set sail for Puerto de Tazacorte, where you will spend the night.

DAY 5 : La Palma (Charco Azul - Puerto de Santa Cruz)
You will leave for the north of La Palma (about 2 hours sailing time). You will have the chance to discover the famous natural pools with turquoise waters of Charco Azul for a relaxing and invigorating break. This part of the island is also home to lush tropical forests that you should not miss! At the end of the day, you'll head to El Puerto de Santa Cruz to spend the night.

DAY 6 : Tenerife (Los gigantes)
It's time to start your journey to Los Gigantes to return to the island of Tenerife (where you started from). Be careful and observant on this trip, as you may be lucky enough to see whales in their natural habitat and return to port with stars in your eyes. Last night on board.

DAY 7 : Tenerife (San Miguel)
Return to Marina San Miguel for disembarkation at 9am.

  • Is everyone on board English-speaking?

    Please note that this cruise is not exclusive to English travelers. It is quite common to meet people of various nationalities on board as we offer cruises to international clientele - encouraging curious and enriching exchanges for both passengers and crew.
    Crew members are multilingual and qualified to offer multilingual service.
  • What documents are required for a trip to the Canary Islands?

    U.S , Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and British citizens do not need a tourist visa to enter the Canary Islands if the stay is less than 90 days.

    All passports must be valid for at least 3 more months upon entry into Spain and the Canary Islands, though it is recommended that your passport has a validity of 6 months.
  • Who will take care of my transport to the Canary Islands?

    Your flight tickets can be booked by the GlobeSailor team. Simply tell your consultant when you book your cruise.
  • What is included in the cash box?

    The cash box consists of the following elements:
    • Payment of taxes in national parks
    • Tourist and landing taxes on the islands
    • Anchorage and mooring fees at certain ports of call
    • The cost of any additional supplies of fresh water, fuel, gas, fresh produce, etc.
  • How does a crewed cruise (skipper and hostess) work?

    All the skippers we offer are registered and have the necessary professional certificates. They are fluent in English. Please let us know if you have any special requirements regarding the skipper. The skipper is in charge of the navigation and your safety on board. Do not hesitate to participate in the manoeuvres with him; he will be happy to teach you the basics of navigation. As far as organisation is concerned, the skipper sleeps on the boat in a separate cabin or in the saloon. The skipper is not in charge of cooking or washing up. On request, a hostess (or cook) can prepare your meals, clean the saloon, and your cabins and generally keep the boat in good order. All our cabin cruises include the services of a skipper and a hostess as a minimum (unless otherwise stated in the contract)
  • What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

    To confirm your booking, you need to inform your GlobeSailor consultant, who will hold an option for you until your deposit is received. The booking will only be considered final once we have received your deposit (by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card) of 50% of the total cost of the booking. A 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made within one month of departure. The balance must be paid at the latest 45 days before the embarkation date.
  • What happens in the event of cancellation?

    In the event of cancellation, you must notify your GlobeSailor consultant as soon as possible. Whatever the cause, the following cancellation fees will be due: up to 90 days before departure: 25% /// from 89 to 60 days: 50% /// from 59 to 30 days: 75% /// from 29 days to departure: 100% of your booking.
