Unforgettable cruise in sardinia and corsica !!!

here is my Review of our trip.
Dealing with Globe Sailor was a breeze, they arranged for us and answered every single question we had, and we had a lot being first time sailors. All our tiny requests from arranging wi-fi to snorkelling gear was also taken care of by Globe Sailor, you really cant find a better place on
the internet to book a boat with such ease and confidence.
Once we arrived in Sardinia, the charter company were brilliant. We were upgraded from a 36ft to a 46ft yacht because it was our honeymoon, such a lovely gesture. The boat was new, clean and modern. The stand up shower was particular nice to have. Everything on the boat worked perfectly and the main room bed was spacious and comfy. The process with Marta (the owner) was very easy, and she as well as our crew spoke perfect english, making it even easier for us. Marta arranged a car for us to go the local
supermarket, even though it was walking distance and our hostess came with us to help pick out food and amounts, this just made things so much easier on us. Our hostess was perfect, never to far away but also never crowding
us. The meals she cooked us were delicious and when we stopped in a marina, she always found something local and fresh to cook. Our skipper was wonderful, helping design a itinerary that included Corsica (somewhere we never intended to go) and are so happy we did as it was the highlight of the trip, he also always found the bay with the most sun and least wind and pushed our boat past all the other boats and got us the prime position. The
scenery of the north west area of Sardinia is amazing and I highly recommend it. The water is pristine, the little towns lovely and the scenery breathtaking.
Thank you again for making our honeymoon so special and we cant wait to go sailing again.

Accoglienza ottima, personale simpaticissimo e alla mano, "DADO" (il Sun Odyssey 36I) una barca che rappresenta il miglior compromesso per facilità di gestione, conduzione, sicurezza per visitare l'arcipelago (e non solo)!

Le bateau Sun Odyssey 36i est dans un très bon état malgré son âge, surtout les voiles sont quasiment neuves
Les mouillages forains à l'ancre ou sur des coffres ( gratuits!) sont de toute beauté surtout le soir quand la foule des bateaux à moteur est repartie.
On reviendra mais si possible hors juillet août...

Nonostante la ventosa settimana, la barca ci ha dato un buon comfort sia in rada che in navigazione. Prima della partenza è stato montato un nuovissimo GPS touch screen molto sopra il timone, peccato non fossero state caricate le carte nautiche,sarebbe stato molto comodo. La batteria servizi doveva essere spesso ricaricata a motore. Il resto tutto ok, barca comoda per 5 persone, maneggevole per baie e calette.

È stata un ottima esperienza. Premetto che per noi era la nostra seconda vacanza da soli in barca. La posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge migliori. Mare meraviglioso, fondali mozzafiato. Tanto vento, forse troppo... Barca bella e confortevole per 4 persone.
Accoglienza molto buona. Personale cordiale...

Persone molto gentili e accoglienti in un posto fantastico per navigare.
Barca in buono stato, comoda da manovrare e molto pulita.
Transfer da/verso aeroporto un po' caro.

E' stata effettivamente una mini crocera idilliaca, le isole dell'arcipelago Sardo e il sud della Corsica , in particolare in questo periodo, fuori stagione balneare, sono il paradiso della vela...
L'accoglienza da parte degli armatori è stata assolutamente squisita , tutti estremamente ospitali e disponibili .
La barca "DADO" in ottime condizioni ci ha comodamente ospitato in questa bella settimana di vela che sara' sicuramente da ripetere...
