The vessel is great, and the crew was amazing. I can tell you that, of all the boats, this crew was the best. It was truly a luxury experience, with very polite, attentive staff and excellent food, along with impeccable behavior and professionalism.

The arrival day was long and could be more efficient to my opinion. On top of this we had some problems with the engine. The charter company fixed te problem and around 18:30 we could sail away. The boat was brand new, and wel prepared. We where able to control the boat in touch condtions by beatifull clear skys. As said we had strong winds but the boat was always in control. The Hanse 418 was very easy to reef and we sails a total of 220nm in 6 days! We enjoyed the islands and the nice Greece towns. The people were aways friendly anh helpfull. Once we came back the organsation was very friendly and flexible with the check-out. We will certainly come back to continue our journy trough Greece.

Theodoros was nice and extremely available around all the trip. The onboarding was thorough and Theodoros even helped us bring groceries to the boat with his own car.
Unfortunately the boat had several engine related issues during the trip which caused us some down time.
Theodoros did his best to fix the issues quickly and in the end gave us and extra day and refunded one day of the trip.

Lovely boat, comfortable and spacious for 7. The Port handling by the base manager was excellent, the boat clean and well prepared with a welcome pack of essentials that are easy to forget.

There was a technical issue with the chain, but an engineer was sent to resolve the matter within a few hours but it didn't spoil the trip.

The yacht was a very well maintained and presented Sun Odyssey 449 located very close harbourside. The check-in and check-out went very smoothly with minimal fuss. Lavrio is a great harbour for proximity to the Athens airport and the Cyclades.
