Your Lagoon 450 is a luxurious 14m long catamaran. You will be welcomed by a skipper and your host. This Lagoon 450 has air conditioning, a flybridge to admire the panoramic view in a chilled atmosphere and all the multimedia equipment (TV< DVD< Bluetooth CD reader), a generator, as well as fans. The catamaran cruise will meet your every desire for travel in Greece: safe sailing, community, discovery, and precious moments to share with your loved ones!

Your Cabin

Enjoy all the comfort onboard the Lagoon 450, each cabin is spacious, with plenty of storage space and a private bathroom. Each cabin has a fan and bedside light. Sheets and towels are provided onboard. The Lagoon has 4 double cabins and a maximum capacity of 8 passengers.

With the Melthem blowing strongly in summer in the Cyclades, GlobeSailor takes you to the heart of the pearls of the Mediterranean, the Saronic Gulf. Historical sites, attractive fishing ports with a thousand colors, islands with lush and splendid vegetation, idyllic swimming spots... a real dream cruise! The navigations are short and often during the morning to allow you to make the most of sea bathing, stopovers, and local flavours. A cruise made to please and bring happiness to everyone on board!

Frequently asked questions

• Can I use those services as an addition to my cruise?

  YES!
  Our services are available to all clients who embark on our cruise. Our tailor-made offers are adapted to your needs and your budget.
  
  We have created two fully customisable offers:
  - Serenity Service: Booking of your flight tickets.
  - Extension Service: Booking of your accommodation (hotel, house, villa, etc.) and/or complementary activities such as excursions, guided tours, car rental, etc.
  
  Our dedicated advisors will be happy to assist you in your holiday planning.

• Does the boat operate only with the sails?

  It depends on the weather. When the winds are strong, the skipper will use the sails to sail silently. On days with calmer winds or to reach the stopovers on schedule, the skipper may need to use the engine. The engine is also used when entering and leaving the marinas. We cannot guarantee a minimum time of using the sails. The skipper will do their best to use the sails as much as possible and involve passengers in manoeuvres.

• Who are Mike and Magda, your crew?

  During your one-week cruise, you will sail alongside an experienced and dynamic crew.
  Michal, your skipper is Polish. He has been sailing catamarans and monohulls for over 15 years. Over the years and through a multitude of voyages (Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Tanzania, Sweden, etc.), he has accumulated vast nautical miles and valuable experience. Greece is one of his favourite sailing destinations and his vast knowledge of the navigation area will allow you to discover the most beautiful places of the Saronic Gulf.
  
  Magda, your hostess is also Polish. She spent her life working as a nurse, until she changed career to combine her caring nature and her love of the sea. She now sails the Agean Sea as a hostess/cook on catamarans and monohulls. She will make you delicious meals with local produce.
  
  Your crew is fluent in English and Magda even speaks some French.

• Why should you tip the crew?

  It is a very common gesture from both Greeks and tourists to tip the crew. The amount is usually between 5% to 10% of the total service (although the amount is at your discretion according to the service). Our crew (skipper and hostess) work hard each week to give you the best holiday memories. So if at the end of the cruise you feel the crew did an excellent job and lived up to your expectations, let them know by tipping them well! This is both rewarding and encouraging for them.

• What happens in case of cancellation?

  In case of cancellation, you must inform your GlobeSailor consultant as soon as possible. Whatever the cause, the following cancellation fees will be due: up to 90 days before departure: 30% /// from 89 to 60 days: 50% /// from 59 to 30 days: 75% /// from 29 days to departure: 100% of the amount of your reservation. We advise our clients to subscribe to a cancellation insurance with Ouest Assurance.
