We were searching for a Cat to charter in Ibiza. GlobeSailor presented several options and we selected the Lagoon 45F. We are a family of 7 (Mom, Dad and 5 children aged 12 to 19 y.o.) and we spent one week in Ibiza, on the Lagoon 45F Catamaran. It was the perfect boat for our Family with 4 cabins all with a private toilet. We travelled between Ibiza and Formentera, went to different bays by day and restaurants and clubs by night. Our skipper was amazing and the Catamaran matched our needs perfectly. The week was perfect, Ibiza is an amazing location. An experience that we recommend and intend to repeat in the near future.

Ibiza and Formentera are beautiful places. The popular anchorages were easily accessible and yet crowded even in early June - I cannot imagine how August is like.
We loved the North coast of Ibiza and the anchorages there are quieter and the surroundings wilder. If the wind allows (one must be careful of the strong northerlies) it is worthwhile spending a couple of nights up there.

Fantastic skipper and hostess, owners of the boat, made our holiday around Ibiza and Formentera something special, A vacation we shall always remember.

Both Monica and Enrique went out of their way to accommodate us, from making restaurant bookings and looking after our day to day requirements.

Would recommend their friendly and personnel approach to anyone considering a holiday in this location.

This SO 35 is ten years old, but still in a good condition. The only thing that caused problems was the shower pump, so nothing really important.
What we liked less was the Dinghy. It was not an inflatable but a solid plastic boat. Too heavy to take it on board. So we had to let it in the water, which was not always a pleasure.
The outboarder engine was electric ... which in fact is a good thing from an ecological point of view, but not very reliable. Several times the cables and connectors caused problems (but in the end we always managed to get it going).
Ibiza by the way was perfect for our one-week trip. We surrounded the island, with a short visit of Formentera too. All in all 100 nm, an ideal distance if you want to combine sailing with site seeing and sunbathing.

Can't say enough nice things about Monica and Enrique (owner's and Hostess and Captain team). The boat itself was amazing and they made us feel like we were staying at the nicest bed and breakfast on the sea. All the ports we visited were absolutely beautiful and so much fun, every recommendation for food/restaurants was perfect (and they made all the arrangements, which made everything so EZ). We chose to eat out most lunches and dinners but when we dined on the boat Monica always prepared something we loved.

All in all, could not recommend a team and boat more!!!!
