DAY 1: Marina di Stabia - Sorrento - Capri
The crew will be waiting for you at 10 am in marina di Stabia to board your boat. Before casting off (around 9h), you will receive a quick safety briefing. Then head south towards Sorrento, a charming town perched on the cliffs of the Gulf of Naples. You will have some free time to wander in the historic centre and enjoy the superb panoramic viewpoints like Queen Joan's baths or the Comunale Belvedere Villa.
For lunch, try a delicious meal freshly prepared made with local produce: mozzarella, Sorrento tomatoes, olive oil...your journey continues on the island of Capri. Your first stop is in front of the spectacular Faraglioni, these immense rocks shaped by the sea over time. Disembark on the island and take a shuttle to the center of Capri. On the itinerary: a relaxing stroll taking in the breathtaking view of Punta Tragara.
Dinner on the island, night on board.

DAY 2: Capri - Blue Grotto - Amalfi
Savour your breakfast in the peaceful atmosphere and facing the beautiful sea. The crew will then invite you to explore the famous Blue Grotto, aboard a small flat bottomed boat. You will be amazed by the ballet of lights dancing on the walls in the Grotto. Your cruise will then continue to the splendid Amalfi coast. During the journey, you will make a stopover in Nerano bay to put on your mask and snorkel and explore the seabed.
After a lunch of Italian delicacies, you continue sailing. You will pass in front of the Galli islands (also known as the Siren's Islands) before dropping anchor at Amalfi in the afternoon. Use your free time to visit the city and it's multiple streets and architectural treasures. We particularly recommend the majestic cathedral of Saint Andre (XI century) and the nearby Basilica of the Crucifix. Dinner on the island, night on board.

DAY 3: Amalfi - Positano - Marina di Stabia
Today you will head to the splendid Positano. Along the coast, enjoy swimming breaks and explore hidden caves accessible only by sea. You dock at Positano, a jewel built into the side of a cliff. You will have free time to wander the steep streets, discover the pastel coloured houses, artisan boutiques and panoramic viewpoints.
After lunch it is time to begin your homeward journey. But before that, enjoy one last swim around the Galli Islands.
Arrive at marina di Stabia around 6 pm.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I book my flights and accommodation in addition to my cruise?

    YES!
Our travel agency offers guests who embark on a cruise to book their flights or accommodation. Our tailor-made offers adapt to your needs and budget.

We have created two offers that are 100% customisable :
    - Serenity Service : Book your flights
    - Service Extension : Book your accommodation (hotel, cottage, villa...) and/ or complementary activities (excursions, guided tours, car rental...).

Our advisors, specialists of the destination, will send you their best proposals for your holiday.
  • What documents are necessary for my cruise in Italy?

EU and non-EU citizens should check with the consulate of their country of origin for information on formalities.
  • Is there a minimum age for this cruise?

For reasons of safety and comfort, the minimum age required for a shared cruise is 4 years. However, there is no minimum age for private cruises.
We also recommend that children know how to swim or are familiar with the water.
If your children are younger, our team will be happy to help you find a more suitable cruise.
  • Is everyone on board English-speaking?

Please note that this cruise is not exclusive to English travelers. It is quite common to meet people of various nationalities on board as we offer cruises to international clientele - encouraging curious and enriching exchanges for both passengers and crew.
Crew members are multilingual and qualified to offer multilingual service.
  • Who will take care of my flight to Italy?

Your air tickets can be booked by the GlobeSailor team. Just let your advisor know when you book your cruise.
  • How are my transfers from the airport to the ship organized?

Your transfers are not included in your cruise package. If you wish, your GlobeSailor consultant can help you organize them. Don't hesitate to ask for more information.
  • How does a cruise with skipper and hostess work?

All the skippers we offer are registered and hold the necessary professional certificates. They speak English fluently. The skipper is in charge of navigation and your safety on board. Feel free to join him or her in the maneuvers, and he or she will be delighted to teach you the basics of navigation. In terms of organization, the skipper and hostess/cook sleep on board (either in the saloon or in cabins).
All our cabin cruises include the services of at least one skipper and one hostess (unless otherwise specified in the contract).
  • Does the boat only sail?

The catamarans and sailboats offered for cruising move slowly in light airs, especially in summer if the wind is too light, or if the point of sail is not optimal. Engine support is sometimes necessary to keep to the itinerary's stopovers and to ensure a place in port or at anchor for the night. We cannot guarantee a minimum sailing time under sail. Nevertheless, your skipper will do his utmost to navigate under sail and involve those who wish to participate in the maneuvers.
  • Are menus adapted to special diets?

We strive to offer the best possible service on our cruises, and special diets are no exception. By informing your GlobeSailor advisor well in advance of the cruise of your dietary restrictions and/or specific diet, we will be able to adapt the menu.
We would also like to point out that the preparation of these different menus adds a certain level of complexity for our hostesses/cooks, who have to prepare meals in functional kitchens with limited space.
  • What payments must I make in order to confirm my booking?

To confirm your booking you should inform your GlobeSailor advisor who will put an option (hold) on the cabin for a certain time until we receive your down payment.
The booking will only be considered final once we have received your down payment (by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card) which is 50% of the total amount. A 100% down payment is required for any booking made less than one month before departure.
The balance should be paid no later than one month before boarding.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my cruise?

If you wish to make a cancellation, you should contact your GlobeSailor advisor as soon as possible. Whatever the circumstances, you will be charged the following cancellation fees, depending on when the cancellation is made: up to 90 days before departure = 30%; 89 to 60 days before departure = 50%; 59 to 30 days before departure = 75%; 29 days or less before departure = 100% of the total cost of your booking. We recommend that you sign up for cancellation insurance with your personal insurance provider.
