My family and I wanted to discover Denmark differently, particularly Jutland and the island of Funen. We sailed on a Bavaria 41 Cruiser in the Little Belt via GlobeSailor and its local partner starting from Juelsminde for 7 days.
Everything went very well: the handling of requests, by email, in advance for preparation was responsive. The boat provided was recent and in very good condition, ideal for a family of 4. We also hired the services of a skipper. He perfectly matched our expectations; we wanted an active cruise and to be able to participate in the maneuvers. The selected skipper allowed us to do this while being very pedagogical, which helped everyone gain confidence. He was also attentive to our choices of itineraries and anchorages (ports as well as moorings).
The only small downside was the provisioning that we had to do just before boarding on site (the supermarket was fortunately not too far away). It's a shame that a provisioning service is not offered to anticipate this in advance.
