It has been a spectacular week!! As soon as we arrived, everything was easy; we were able to leave our luggage in a locker and go shopping calmly. We hired the early afternoon check-in, which allows you to have the boat at your disposal at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived with the shopping around 1:30 PM, we already had the boat ready to load, which is greatly appreciated!!
The check-in was done with Felipe, super friendly and completely available, a very good professional who showed us all the systems of the boat.
The boat was very well equipped and, except for a couple of small details, very well maintained, almost new and clean. The maintenance/cleaning team was also very good.
The check-out was also handled by Felipe, thorough and professional. We were also able to leave our luggage in the locker until the transfer to the airport came.
In short, very professional and very good service; the only downside is that the outboard motor for the dinghy is an extra... it's the first time I've had to pay extra for something so fundamental.
We will definitely repeat!!
