    Departure from Corfu, the boat we were supposed to take had a gearbox problem just before our departure. Illias (base manager) went above and beyond to find us another boat, and we were upgraded.
    We were initially surprised by the time between the arrival of the previous guests and our departure, but upon our return, we understood the importance of this as the boats are thoroughly cleaned and all minor technical issues are resolved before the boat is rented out again. The exchanges we had with GlobeSailor were excellent, and from my interactions with them, they only work with trusted local companies. This was confirmed during our stay.
