Sehr gute Betreuung von Globe Sailor, Freundlicher Empfang in Palma vom Vercharterer
Zu erwähnen ist der wie immer hervorragende und schnelle Kontakt mit Globe Sailor, hier gibt es eine 1 mit Sternchen. Aber auch der Emailkontakt zum Vercharterer verlief stets schnell und reibungslos, auch hier eine 1. Vor Ort ebenfalls alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Yacht wurde pünktlich übergeben. Man sieht dem 2017'er Katamaran natürlich mittlerweile das Alter schon an und dass er regelmäßig in der Vermietung war, aber die Reinigungskräfte haben das Boot ordentlich vorab gereinigt gehabt. Etwas Verbesserungswürdig waren meiner Meinung nach die technische Einweisung, die ausführlicher hätte ausfallen können. Es lief eher so, dass Fragen die man hatte zwar geklärt wurde, aber proaktiv wurde nicht wirklich viel erklärt. So musste man also selbst an alle Dinge denken. (Bordelektronik, Trennschalter, Gasanlage, etc.) Beim Checkout war alles entspannt und fair, da haben wir schon andere Dinge bei Charterfirmen erlebt. Hier gibts auch eine 1 von uns. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Segeltörn zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr guter Betreuung.
