    Wir sind erst spät abends in Olbia gelandet und wurden direkt am Flughafen telefonisch kontaktiert.
    In der Marina angekommen wurden schnell und unkompliziert die Formalitäten erledigt.
    Vom Einkauf fehlte leider ein nicht unerheblicher Teil, den wir dann am Sonntag Morgen selbst im Supermarkt besorgen mussten. Damit verzögerten sich Frühstück und Segelvergnügen etwas. Die Kosten für fehlenden Artikel wurden später unkompliziert erstattet.
    Die Übergabe des Schiffes sowie die Rückgabe verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde auch noch prompt erledigt.
    Das Personal ist super freundlich und verständnisvoll. Allerdings hätte ich mir noch eine kurze Einweisung gewünscht. Letztlich sind wir aber gut mit der Yacht zurecht gekommen.
    Die Marina des Vercharterers in Olbia lässt noch Wünsche offen. Es gibt zwei Duschen und zwei Toiletten pro Geschlecht und die Beleuchtung (mittels Bewegungsmelder geschaltet) funktionierte teilweise nicht. Teilweise war auch das Klopapier verbraucht (sollte eigentlich nicht passieren).

The name 'Olbia' means 'happy' and as a destination it can satisfy everyone who is passionate about sailing. Olbia has developed from a fishing village to the major tourist destination of Sardinia with superb transport links. Olbia offers the best connections between Sardinia and the Italian peninsula due to its busy passenger port Olbia-Isola Bianca and proximity to the airport Olbia-Costa Smeralda. Good railway connections to Porto Torres, Aranci and Kaligari make Oblia an accessible destination. Wherever you wish to go, Olbia is a great starting point for a cruise as it is placed close to many sailing destinations such as Corsica, the island of Molara as well as to the Italian mainland.
