We arrived at Gouvia Marina a day early for our check in for our 3 week charter. Alexandra, head of the base crew could not have been more pleasant & helpful. She explained the boat was actually ready & offered us to stay on board that night. We were delighted & cancelled our hotel. Dimitris was in charge of explaining the boat & helping us with any queries over the next 3 weeks. His prompt, friendly, helpful, efficient assistance was quite unbelievable. We have never experienced this level of service with other boats we have chartered previously. 10/10.
