The service was excellent and the vessel was ready ahead of schedule. Everyone was helpful & willing to resolve our needs. However, the shore power for 1st & last night were timed out & on a meter. Being told the 1st & last night mooring were included, I assumed the shore power was included too but not a limited meter consumption. We woke up very early without shore power. That is the only area of potential improvement.

- The Charter Companies team has been very friendly and helpfull fulfilling all our needs and I will be very happy to work with them again. - Boat is a nice one with a bit of age for which we were aware of and there has been no major issues that we have foaced for a 10+ year age boat. Just be aware that there is no furling for the main sail but this is not an issue if you have 2 people helping the skipper onboard, one people would be challenging. - Marina is a new and small one and you need to be aware that there is no big groccery market nearby, any big market is 30 minutes driving distance, so there is 2 options; 1- Do your shopping before you go to marina 2- The Charter Company has a comprehensive shopping list that you can chose whatever you want to buy and they arrange the delivery.

The Hanse 375 is a no nonsense boat where everything worked perfectly. We were just a couple and only used the forward cabin, which was quite spacious with lots of headroom. Engine, autopilot, sails, head, windlass, electrical system were all flawless. This boat was 11 years old, but everything had been maintained meticulously. The engine compartment was so clean you could eat off of it. And that’s just the boat. Shoreside staff was outgoing and incredibly helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better charter experience.

The local charter operator was brilliant.. When we had a small problem on the boat which they arranged to fix that evening in the marina we were staying in. Great recommendations on route and restaurants. They also helped us book a spot in a marina when the winds picked up.

Pheonix Yachting were a very good charter company: good communication, simple handover at beginning and end and very helpful. The boat was older, but well stocked and this was reflected in the price. Sailing west from Marmaris was amazing for all levels of sailing experience, great harbors with a choice of mooring options and restraints. Sea turtles, crystal clear water, snorkeling and strong winds were the order of the week! Highly recommended area to cruise with a family.
