CRUISE: Your stopovers
Throughout your journey, you’ll sail with the wind as your guide, with the itinerary shaped by weather conditions to ensure smooth cruising and beautiful stopovers between Corsica and Sardinia.
Below is an overview of the destinations that may feature along your adventure:
In Corsica:
• Rondinara Bay: Famous for its crescent shape and crystal-clear turquoise waters, this bay is sheltered from prevailing winds and offers a safe and peaceful anchorage. It is the ideal place for swimming, relaxing or simply admiring the scenery.
• Balistra Cove: Framed by rocky cliffs, this wild and unspoilt anchorage offers a peaceful stopover. It is the perfect setting to enjoy the sea in complete tranquillity, in an authentic and spectacular setting.
• Roccapina Cove: Dominated by its famous lion-shaped rock, it impresses with its striking scenery of cliffs, golden sand and turquoise waters. It can also be explored on foot via a hiking trail that climbs up to a Genoese tower, offering spectacular views of the nearby beach from the top. An ideal stopover for combining swimming, walking and unforgettable views.
• San Ciprianu Bay: This bay charms visitors with its relaxed yet lively atmosphere. Its clear waters, long sandy beaches and high-quality restaurants make it a welcoming stopover, perfect for alternating between water sports and gourmet experiences. It is the ideal place to try out the e-foil or other water toys available on the catamaran.
• Villata Beach: More secluded, it offers a very natural setting. From the anchorage, you can see a Genoese tower, the turquoise sea and, in the background, the Corsican mountains and the Bavella peaks. A peaceful place, conducive to contemplation and letting go.
• The Lavezzi Islands: These islands are a granite paradise for nature lovers. Crystal-clear waters, secluded coves and rocks sculpted by the elements offer unique landscapes. The location is perfect for swimming, snorkelling or a peaceful exploration of the coastal paths.
In Sardinia and the La Maddalena archipelago:
• The port of La Maddalena is the vibrant heart of the archipelago. With its colourful narrow streets and Mediterranean atmosphere, this popular stopover allows visitors to immerse themselves completely in local life.
• The pools of Budelli, nestled in the heart of the La Maddalena archipelago, offer a breathtaking spectacle: natural pools carved out of granite, with turquoise and emerald waters of incredible transparency. From the catamaran, you can admire the shades of blue, the clear sand under the water and the pinkish rocks that give this place its unique identity. An iconic Sardinian site, accessible only by sea, where the pleasure lies as much in the sailing as in the contemplation.
• The island of Caprera boasts one of the most beautiful anchorages in Cala Coticcio, often referred to as the "little Tahiti" of the Mediterranean. The beauty of its pink rocks plunging into sparkling turquoise water and the absolute transparency of the seabed are an irresistible invitation to swim and snorkel.
• Porto Liscia is nestled between wild dunes and fragrant maquis shrubland, facing a vast expanse of light sand. It can become a perfect playground for watersports enthusiasts. It's an authentic stopover where, with a bit of luck, you might spot dolphins swimming peacefully.
• Cala Bitta charms visitors with its shallow waters in shades of turquoise and emerald, ideal for easy swimming directly from the catamaran. Fringed by white sand and Mediterranean hills, this bright cove offers a gentle, sunny stopover, perfect for enjoying the Sardinian sea to the full and for some great e-foil or mini-jet ski sessions.
