Beautiful trip with a bitter ending

    Automatically translated.

The catamaran was beautiful and just as shown in the photos, in addition to being new. There were some issues, such as the salon door being misaligned, the knobs on some doors constantly falling off, one of the bathrooms flooding when you showered, and the sound system for the music, which we were glad we brought our own speaker for. But what was most unpleasant was that upon arriving at the port, a person from the company entered the boat without asking for our permission to do the check-out, and when we confronted them, instead of apologizing, they confronted us and were very unpleasant. We were also struck by the way we were received upon arrival: no one from the company was there, you’ve paid, so there you stay... we didn’t like that. Lastly, the category of the boat does not match the 30 cm wooden plank they put as a gangway, with the risk of falling into the water while passing with or without luggage, and in fact, on the day we arrived, no one helped us.

    Reply from GlobeSailor

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are very sorry that some aspects of the catamaran did not meet your expectations, especially the technical issues you mentioned. We take note of all these points to inform the company and ensure necessary improvements are made. We also deeply regret the unpleasant situation you experienced upon arriving at the port and during the check-out. This is not the kind of treatment we want for our clients, and we will investigate what happened to prevent it from happening again. Additionally, we regret that the reception was not as you expected and that you did not receive the proper attention upon disembarking. Regarding the gangway, we understand the concern and the risk it poses. We will share this observation to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

We sincerely appreciate your comments, as they help us improve and provide better service. We remain at your disposal for any inquiries or to assist you with future bookings.
