On the whole our experience was very good. The marina and personnel were excellent. We did have two minor issues. One, we had pre-ordered 4 paddle boards and 2 of them were completely flat and unusable. They did replace one and they also refunded our money plus a little more for the second, but it was a bummer not having the fourth board. Another thing we didn’t know was that the waters were full of jellyfish and jellyfish pieces. Everyone in our party was stung at least once. Not a huge deal and of course the renter has no control over this, but it was a surprise. We would definitely rent from this charter again.
