Fantastic greece cyclades sailing week
We had an absolutely fantastic Greek sailing adventure!
The Catamaran Booking was easy, professional and met all of our needs. Lisanne from Globe Sailor is a great resource to help with the search and booking process.
We booked a Dufour 48 2023 Catamaran. this is an excellent boat, was in great shape an met all of needs. We were a crew of 7 plus our captain, and had more than ample space and area to enjoy our open water cruise on the Aegean Sea.
The Mykonos base experience was straight forward direct and efficient. Although there is not a lot of infrastructure to the base the process was quick and easy to navigate. The arrival, access and boat embarkation was seamless. Everyone at the base was helpful and accommodating. There is a Taverna nearby which is a great meeting point for people arriving at different times. There is a market across the street from the base which is perfectly stocked with the provisions needed to get you started. We had no issue getting on the boat and getting settled.
Sailing the Cyclades was an unbelievable experience, visiting Paros, Ios, Koufonisia, AntiParos Syros. Every port every Island was fantastic, our favorites would be the ports of Naoussa on Paros, and Ermoupoli on Syros.
We plan to be back for another Greek sailing adventure in the coming years as there is so much to see and experience.
We would like to also give an extra thanks and acknowledgement to our captain Christos, a great person and fantastic captain.
