Super Beratung und viel Geduld von Laura, Netter Empfang vor Ort und ein super Service von Andrej, immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Das Schiff war in einem tadelosen Zustand.
Die Marina selbst war nicht der sehr überzeugend und die sanitären Anlagen und deren Service war nicht berauschend.
Essen und Trinken in der Marina, recht teuer und nicht besonders gut.
Es lohnt sich der Fussweg oder Taxiboot in die Stadt.
Good boat, nice people who care

Local operator are actually lovely and they care. Once you get past the slight brusque approach necessitated by a peak season pressure you realise that the whole team are dedicated to make you charter perfect. From the morning Luka spent fettling the yacht - including a new main sheet to the replacement outboard driven down the coast from Sibenik to Kremik, nothing is too much trouble.
The Hanse 505 is a fast sailing yacht with plenty of space. This particular boat is starting to show a little wear and tear, but still OK. Kike knows this boat inside out and works very hard to make it a pleasure to sail.
Mandalina is a big Marina, worth a walk to the Superyacht basin for a little daydreaming too. Parking can be a little intense but there is usually space to park further down the Marina. Its a good base, close enough to both the Split area and islands to the south, the southern Kornati and with lots of little places to explore, anchor and swim just outside the Sibenik Canal
Wunderschöner Törn mit Zwischenfällen

Der Empfang am Stützpunkt in der Marina Mandalina in Sibenik war sehr gut, die Leute allesamt freundlich und bemüht, aber bis zur Übergabe des Schiffes (Elan Impression 40) mussten wir trotzdem bis 16:15 Uhr warten ... angesichts der Festlandhitze kann man sich zum Glück in zwei Lokalen im Schatten die Zeit vertreiben.
Die "Silente" wurde sauber übergeben und auch mit Bettzeug, Hand- und Badetüchern wurde nicht gespart - wir haben einen Gutteil des Angebotes wieder retourniert. Abgesehen vom (gut gemeinten) Überangebot mangelt es der Impression im Vergleich zu anderen Schiffen durchaus an Stauraum. Dafür transportiert das Schiff aber wiederum ca. 500 + 200 l Wasser in zwei umschaltbaren Tanks.
Während unserer zweiwöchigen Reise traten folgende Probleme auf:
1.) Am ersten Tag nach dem Auslaufen streikte der "Up"-Button an der Ankerwinch. Der per WhatsApp angeschriebene Marinero Luka meinte, wir sollten den Anker per Hand bergen und zum Stützpunkt zurückkommen. Per Hand war uns keine Option, so haben wir den Button ausgebaut, die Kontakte kurzgeschlossen, und haben in der Folge in der Marina einen nagelneuen eingebaut bekommen.
2.) Irgendwann verschwand der Brausekopf am Heck des Schiffes in dessen Inneren, weil die Halteschale der Brause an Ihrem Ende ausgebrochen war (schon bei Schiffsübergabe). Wir angelten den Brausekopf mit etwas Geduld und Installationsdraht aus seinem Versteck und reparierten mit der Kappe eines Wasser-Plutzers und etwas Gewebeband die ausgebrochene Halteschale - das hat bis zum Ende des Törns wunderbar gehalten ... und wird wohl auch noch länger seinen Dienst tun ;-)
3.) Einige Tage später streikte auch der 'Down'-Button der Ankerwinch abends in der Bucht von Vinisce beim Setzen des Anker unter stärkerem, böigem Wind (der Anker hatte am grasigen Grund dummerweise auch noch keinen Halt, und so wurden wir entlang der Felsenküste abgetrieben ...). Die Winch war nur durch die Hauptsicherung im Inneren des Schiffes zu stoppen, dann haben wir auch diesen Button ausgebaut und den Anker in Folge durch Schließen der Drähte ausgebracht. Luka kam nach Info-WhatsApp am nächsten Tag zu uns auf's Schiff und montierte auch einen neuen 'Down"-Button.
4.) Das Bimini verlor irgendwann unterwegs die Mutter eines seiner Bolzen und so rutschte der Träger aus seiner Verankerung. Zum Glück fanden wir den Bolzen, konnten das Gestänge wieder zusammensetzen und den Bolzen mit einem Stück Draht aus der eigenen Werkzeugkiste sichern.
5.) Auch die Halterung der Abdeckung der Badeleiter am Spiegel des Schiffes war nicht ausreichend fest, und so klappte der Deckel gelegentlich beim Hochziehen des Spiegels oder auch erst unterwegs herunter ... typischerweise auf Zehen, die sich gerade dort befanden. Nach einigen "beschlagenen" Zehen gewöhnten wir uns an, die Abdeckung routinemäßig mit einem eigenen Bändsel zu sichern.
Während Newbies mit diesen Pannen vielleicht schon genervt gewesen wären haben uns jedoch nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen: nach jahrzehntelangem Segeln ist man schon einiges an Zwischenfällen gewöhnt. "Einem Inschinör ist nichts zu schwör", wie der Volksmund sagt, und so haben die technischen Herausforderungen gut bewältigt.
Insgesamt ist daher der technische Zustand des Schiffes trotz guter Ausstattung verbesserbar, im Gegensatz dazu das Service des Vercharterers und vor allem die Freundlichkeit von Luka besonders hervorzuheben. Das war unser zweites Schiff bei dem Vercharterer und ich würde wieder eines buchen.
So verbrachten wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf der "Silente" ... und haben ein paar nette Geschichten zusätzlich aus dem Urlaub mit heimgebracht ;-)

Toller Empfang im Büro - alles vorbereitet - unkompliziert und schnell.
Boot war früher fertig als eigentlich erwartet und vereinbart. Bootsübergabe durch sehr professionellen und angenehmen Skipper, der uns auch auf der Fahrt ab und an kontaktierte. Boot mit Trackingsystem ausgestattet, so dass der übergebende immer eine technische Info über den Zustand (Batterie, Standort, etc.) des Bootest hatte.

Nette Leute vor Ort, die Übergabe gestaltete sich sehr angenehm, auf Fragen wurde eringegangen. Das Boot war in einem gutem Zustand, nur der Kühlschrank und die Scheiben habe schon besser Zeiten gesehen.. Das hat dem Spaß an Board aber keinen Abbruch getan, denn alles was man brauchte hat funktioniert.

Estuvimos navegando por Croacia y en el Neska II embarcando en Sibenik. La distancia desde Split es solo de 45 minutos en coche (autopista) asi que es bastante comodo si llegas del aeropuerto o de la ciudad
- La experiencia en general fue positiva, pero hay detalles que hay que tener en cuenta bien antes del viaje.
- "El cheek in"es bastante rapido y poco pesado, pero hay muchos barcos y gente haciendo lo mismo, con lo cual hay que tener paciencia sobre todo para avituallar el barco. Mi recomendación seria que llegues a partir de las 4 de la tarde
- El barco estaba en perfectas condiiciones salvo el motor de la dinggi que tenia muy pocos caballos. No es tan critico porque los trayectos en dingi son muy cortos.
- El breaffing del patron fue demasiado rapido y como no conociamos las distancias de los destinos, Ademas devido a la meteo que nos cindiciono, perdimos alguna oportunidad de visitar sitios de interes.. Mi consejo seria que prepares bien la ruta que quieres hacer, sino estas a expensas de la ruta y los sitios que le apetece el patron y dependiendo del patron, tu experienca de viaje puede cambiar
- En algunos puertos hay que pagar una propina aditional si quieres fondear en boya o amarre, que no te sorprenda si te la piden, es normal y la cantidad e insignificante en la mayoria.
- Si alquilas con skipper y/o hostess estos son algunos consejos que tienes que tener en cuenta: La cena se la tienes que pagar, asi que te haran las reservas en los sitios que a ellos les apetece cenar, aclarales si quieres cenar solo o con ellos y si puedes haz tu la reserva. La hostess prepara desayuno y un lunch sencillo de ensaladas pastas, no esperes que hagan nada complicado en la cocina. Ademas ten en cuenta que todo lo que es limpieza de banos, camas etc.. corre por tu cuenta. Ella no lo hace.
- Asegurate que tienes siempre hielo, no venden en todos los puertos es dificil encontrarlo..asi que no dudes en comprar siempre que tengas oportunidad
- Le Cheeck Out es muy rapido, pero se vuelve a acumular la gente en el puerto asi que es mejor que te asegures el transporte al aeropuerto / hotel

Croatie en bateau pour la cinquième fois.
Excellentes statistiques de vent cette fois ci, fin juin, quatre jours de voile sportive sur six.
NCP est un prestataire très sérieux avec une flotte abondante est très bien entretenue.
Sibenik est une base de départ très bien située, à mi chemin entre Zadar et Split, ce qui est très pratique pour les avions comme pour le choix du plan de navigation.
Leur Grand Soleil 37 a onze ans, il a été conçu il y a 16 ans et commence à être un peu démodé question confort et performances.
Ce bateau reste un course-croisière efficace et sécurisant dans le gros temps, mais il a bien travaillé et son cout de location devrait revu à la baisse par rapport aux autres unités bien plus modernes de la flotte NCP
nous avons eu le gps en panne, et le frigo ne fait pas assez de froid, ce sont les deux seuls points qui nous ont vraiment gêné.

Very professional base, with an old but fine boat.
The Sibernik harbour itself is large with a small shop for the necessities, but for serious provisioning, it's best to go to the larger stores (10min-15min walk up the hill). If you are heading to the national parks, make sure you provision before leaving mainland as the shops on the small islands are scarce (and they don't have much variety or quantity).
Obviously the whole area in the National parks was lovely. The Kornatti islands are mainly quite arid, but the Telescaci is very different with lots of trees and vegetation.

It was really great to chart one of this company's yacht. All the team was always very supportive and helpful since the beginning.
The yacht was properly cleaned and maintained, it was ready for the crew and the charter company offered the possibility to check in earlier than expected, giving the possibility to enjoy and start sailing immediately on the first day.

La crociera è andata benissimo. Le isole Incoronate sono veramente bellissime e la barca a vela è sicuramente il modo migliore per scoprirle .
Il nostro charter è stato efficiente e veloce nelle pratiche di check in e check out. Nessuna difficoltà. Molto gentili e disponibili.
La barca era in condizione molto buone, Qualche piccola rottura ma niente di rilevante.
Lo skipper si è comportato in modo riservato ed ha abbastanza accondisceso alle nostre richieste.
E' una persona poco comunicativa e qualche volta abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo problema a condividere con lui le scelte ma sempre nel limite dell'accettabile,
Forse avremmo voluto usare di più le vele e meno il motore ma nel complesso è andata bene
Dato che avevamo tre bambini a bordo, che avevano appena fatto un corso di vela, ci sarebbe piaciuto che lo skipper gli spiegasse alcune cose. Questo non è stato possibile data la scarsa comunicatività con lo stesso.
Comunque a parte queste piccole cose posso dire a nome di tutto l'equipaggio che è stata una settimana meravigliosa.

Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

NCP est un excellent loueur. Bateau en parfait état, tres bien entretenu et equipe a terre toujours disponible en cas de problème. Les îles croates sont superbes. Seul bemol, le vent : probablement pas le meilleur bassin de navigation à la voile, soit calme plat soit coup de vent.

Great sailing all week with much wind and many places to stop and swim. The boat handled heavy winds very well and was ver stable. The service of the local charter company was excellent when the little plastic for main sail track broke , a quick fix was made.

La empresa de charter tenía el barco en muy buen estado y equipado. Tuvimos un problema con las baterías y nos salieron al encuentro en un puerto que nos quedaba cerca para cambiarlas todas. Además nos dejaron entregar el barco a primera hora del sábado y no tener que dormir en puerto el viernes. El beneteau Oceanis 45 que cogimos es un barcazo para solo 4 pax que íbamos, así que contentos.

État du bateau irréprochable, service du loueur parfait (nous ont apporté un moteur d’annexe dans la demi journée ). Bateau spacieux et confortable pour 2 familles ( 5 enfants)
Croisière facile en famille : petites nav, marina très bien équipées (mais chères), nombreuses possibilités de mouillages, météo idéale, vent idéal.
Seul bémol l’absence de plage de sable, et beaucoup d’iles désertiques (pas de village, ni ballade, souvent seulement un restaurant)
Catamaran bare boat charter from Sibenik in Croatia

We chartered a Lagoon 450 catamaran with 4 double cabins, 2 single cabins and a double bed for a couple in the saloon (12 berths in total). There were also 4 separate 'heads' and showers en-suite to the double cabins, air conditioning, 3 fridges, a very well equipped galley, fully working Raymarine chart-plotter, GPS and radar. The mainsail (fitted with lazy jacks) and self furling jib were both well designed, enabling very easy handling and stable 'upright' sailing at about 5 - 8 knots in F3 - F5 winds and dependant upon point of sailing. In addition we hired a Gennaker for the week (120 Euros extra) which boosted our sailing speed on a run to 9 - 10 knots in a F5. The 'George' (autopilot) with mobile handset made for very versatile helm control, both on the bridge and in the air conditioned saloon. The twin diesel engines powered the vessel along at just over 8 knots when there was no wind.
Short tacking along narrow channels is not very efficient in a catamaran when compared with a monohull. Manoeuvrability is good and responsive under sail and power. We had an inadvertent 'cap' overboard when under sail in a F5 and managed to retrieve it safely before it sank, even with a 1.6 metre freeboard, in 2 mins 24 secs, very good as an MOB drill practice.
The shelter canopies and cushions provided for sunbathers were much appreciated by everyone. All the basic essentials (cleaning materials, condiments etc) were supplied together with a very welcome gift pack. Suggest extra clothes pegs, particularly if you have young children aboard. The safety net fitted over the guard rails was very reassuring with two toddlers on board.

Der Vercharterer ist ein sehr kompetentes Unternehmen. Hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen mehrsprachigen, zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, die ein reibungsloses,schnelles und gut erklärtes Ein-und Auschecken ermöglichten.
Das Segelboot war in sauberem und tadellosem Zustand.

Eine der schönsten Insel in diesem Revier ist Vrgada n/w von Murter. Mann kann dort in mehreren Buchten an Bojen liegen !

Schönes, neues Boot. Verbrauch OK., Doppelschlafzimmer im Bug ist etwas zu schmal gegenüber anderen Booten.
Der Griff beim Kühlschrank war kaputt. Die Einschulung in das Boot müsste umfassender sein, damit man mit den technischen Details besser vertraut wird (Klo, DU etc.).
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!!

Unser Boot Antares 36 - top Zustand. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, sowohl im Büro als auch bei der Übernahme. Die Sanitären Anlagen der Marina gepflegt. Und die Buchten bei Kaprije..... muss man einfach erlebt haben.

Great boat, great people at the agency, great destination [ Central Croatian Islands ]. The only suggestion I have would be to allow for different times [ days ] for the boats to be picked up and returned, it gets awfully busy on Saturdays at the marina !

Se vi affidate a uno skipper del posto, cercate di essere chiari sul tipo di crociera volete fare e fatevi spiegare prima della partenza tragitto e programma in modo da poter verificare subito se le vostre aspettative vengono esaudite

From the initial enquiry to handing back the boat we could not be happy with the whole process. Marin found us a boat and at a price that suited our needs. Katarina at the base was helpful with nothing too much of a problem for her. The facilities where top notch. Check in was easy, with marina staff happy to answer any questions we had. The marina facilities were modern, clean and many. We had originally tried to obtain a charter from Split, but was so glad that we did a charter in Sibenik. The highlights of our charter was stays at Primosten and Prvic Luka. We also visited Komiza, Hvar, Starigrad, Palmizana and the golden horn. The water was crystal clear and beautiful to swim in. Our Catamaran was fitted out with all our requirements to make our holiday great. It was a nice touch for the wine and nibbles to be presented to us on our arrival.
We can only recommend Globesailor to organise your holiday for you. You will not be disappointed. Kurt

Не очень люблю писать отзывы, но почему то в это раз решился. С чего начать? Пожалуй с этапа бронирования. Все было наредкость хорошо организовано, спасибо GlobeSailor, отлично предоставленные агентские услуги. Коротко и емко, ни добавить не прибавить. Собственно к самой чартерной компании, тоже нет абсолютно никаких претензий; лодка (Lagoon 421) в отличном состоянии, снасти рабочие, сдача-приемка лодки без замудреностей, какие иногда случаются в Турции. Движок на тузике имеет свой норов (пришлось чистить свечу), но как мне помнится, на каком тузике движки без выкрутасов? А так, еще раз повторюсь, состояние лодки и отношение чартерной компании к своим клиентам отличное. Далее по программе. В целом от своего путешествия остались достаточно довольны, достаточное количество интересных бухт и марин, вменяемые цены. Неплохие дикие стоянки. Что не понравилось, но сразу оговорюсь, это все поправимо. Пока, даже по сравнению с той же Турцией, бедновато, скромный выбор в магазинах и по продуктам и по сопутствующим товарам, вроде все есть, но ассортимент слабоват и однообразен. Выходили из Шибеника, из марины Мандалина. Пользоваться этой мариной как отправной точкой, в принципе рекомендую. Вобщем то Хорватия оправдала ожидания. Возможно, но не скоро)))), повторю свой визит для яхтинга в этой стране.

Sibenik (Croatia)
Mandalina Marina is situated in the town of Sibenik, on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, halfway between the two international airports of Zadar and Split.
