Alicante

Alicante is the largest town of Valencia region in Spain. Alicante is a great starting base for a cruise along the Spanish coast as it offers convenient transport links (frequent cheap flights to the Aeropuerto de Alicante). Spend some time ashore and cast off to sail for the nearby lively resorts- Benidorm, Oliva, Denia or Javea to name some of them. A great night life and sandy beaches are not the only reasons for a cruise around Alicante- the city itself has experienced a massive development from a small fishing port into a prime resorts and it is still developing to surprise all guests with every other visit.
