Excellent advice from Pierre-Marie (GlobeSailor) for choosing both the boat and the destination. The Lagoon 42 was almost new, with a professional local partner (who speaks French) and an excellent crew provided by the partner.
A small issue with the windlass was repaired in less than 12 hours. A very successful cruise in a superb environment, with a diversity of landscapes (sea, mountains, vineyards, volcanoes) and atmospheres (deserted islands, very populated islands, festive islands…). Reasonable wind for the "Aeolian" islands.
