Boot wurde wunschgemäss in einer Bucht übergeben; sehr guter technischer Zustand, Rückgabe unproblematisch, kleiner Schaden wurde kulant gepreist

N'ayant aucune expérience de charter en Croatie, j'avais des doutes si tout se déroulerait comme promis.
Mais après plusieurs contacts téléphoniques avec les gestionnaires compétents de Globe Sailor et l'entreprise de charter 'Mayer', j´ai repris confiance.
Le bateau était très bien, aucun problème lors des 9 jours de location, la procédure au début et à la fin du charter (rapport de dégâts éventuels) était compréhensible, la caution (1.000 €) fut remboursée sur mon compte dans les 24 heures.
Remarque pour perfectionner : j'avais compté sur une radio en cas de détresse, qui n´était pas a bord, et il manquait un sonar (fonction normalement présente sur le très bon système de navigation SIMRAD à bord).
Ma quotation = 18/20. Très bien.

ein schönes Motorboot auf dem neuesten Stand (+ Navi!). Gute Übergabe und problemloses Checkout. Würde wieder hier anmieten.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Leinen sollten länger sein und Übergabe immer mit vollem Tank.

Es gibt keine Toiletten oder Duschen bei dem Vercharterter Trogir Rent, das bestellte Boot war schon raus und so musste eine anderes Boot genommen werden.
H. Mayer hatte trotz Terminvereinabrung 09:00 Uhr keine Zeit, wir mussten 1h warten.
Dies ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig.

We spend one week with the boat travelling from one Croatian island to another. It was great. The coordination with the rental company was excellent too.
Insel Hvar

Hafen von der Insel Hvar ist komplett überfüllt und es gibt kaum, eine freie Boje zum Ankern!
Auf der einzigen Tankstelle kommt es oft zu sehr langen Wartezeiten bis zu einer Stunde.
( beste Uhrzeit zum Tanken wäre zwischen 13 und 14 Uhr)

Accueil à la base de Trogir correct, sans plus.
On aurait apprécié d'avoir au moins un verre d'eau frais en arrivant !
A défaut, une bouteille d'eau fraiche dans le bateau.
Quand on arrive en début d'après midi en plein soleil sur un quai, un peu de fraicheur aurait fait du bien, aucune installation pour nous accueillir.....
Le service de transfert de l'aéroport vers la base de Trogir était par contre très bien.
Au retour, le service était parfait.
Concertant le bateau, une glacière aurait été appréciable.
L'équipement est réduit au strict minimum ! Exemple: le trousseau de clefs du bateau n'est même pas équipé d'un porte clefs pour la flottaison ! En cas de chute des clefs à l'eau, peu de chance de les retrouver.
Pour une première location de bateau à moteur, on voit très nettement la différence de service par rapport à la location d'un bateau à voile.

The price are not bad regarding other companies. Inn Croatia the prices are inn general a litle hig compering to other contries. The service was. Excelent the response was fast.
Tagesausflüge Umgebung Split / Trogir

Arcos 537 ist ansich ein Bowrider für Tagesausflüge. Für diese Zwecke ist es auch ausreichend geeignet. Bei Abend.- oder Nachtfahrten solte man sich auch im Hochsommer mit warmen windfesten Jacken ausrüsten.
Das Händling ist befriedigend da die Lenkung nur träge reagiert.
Und wer Wert auf einen sauberen Badeeinstieg legt, sollte beim hinaufklettern aufs Boot über die Badeleiter die Augen schliessen da sich die Algen hier überall breitmachen.
Die sollten mal entfernt werden. Einen Kärcher gibt es auch in Kroatien.

Bon bateau pour 6 personnes et pour découvrir les calanques d'Hvar
Bateau moyennement propre lorsque nous l'avons récupéré.
Possibilité de prendre de l'essence à Vbroska uniquement
Nous avons pu laisser le bateau à quai au port de Zastrazisce, en bas de notre location, gracieusement.
Le loueur a accepté de nous laisser le bateau au port Ferries de Stari Grad.
Seule déconvenue, ce n'était pas la même personne qui a récupéré le bateau à la restitution.
Il ne connaissait pas le bateau donc tout un tas de justification à donner sur le bateau, mais tout s'est bien terminé.

This was an affordable and good choice for 2 adults + 4 kids. Everything functioned well and the boat was in good condition. The drop-off and pick-up in our harbour were timely and well arranged by the friendly staff. The boat was very good for the flat seas during the rental, but for more adults and/or choppier sea one cold wish a bit longer boat or at least more power. The mooring lines should be bit longer for natural harbours. The fuel consumption of the newish Honda 90hp OB was low. Life vests were all adult size despite requests, but still manageable for the kids.
The only minus in the booking was that there was no prior comment about the deposit being required in cash and not by a credit card transaction. This too got flexibly fixed with the local staff.
Milna is a good destination and the surroundings offer a lot to explore with a boat.
