Плюсы:
1. Чекин и чекаут быстрые и без проблем
2. Приятные и адекватные в общении менеджеры и поддержка
3. Депозит на карту вернули быстро

Минусы:
1. Состояние лодки
- в первый день сломалась рация в кокпите
- пол внутри сильно ушатан, будто был залит водой и так стоял, в целом затхлый запах
- отсек для хранения вина (под полом) имел очень сильный запах затхлости и сырости, под конец ещё и его держатель сломался
- на переключателе баков не было одной ручки, переключать нужно было плоскогубцами
- в кормовой каюте почти каждую ночь пищал предохранитель от полной разрядки аккумулятора. Причём, сам аккумулятор был в норме. Чартерная сказала, что это глюк.
- под конец один из туалетов стал протекать… в каюту

2. Комплектация
- постельное белье, какое-то очень тонкое, неприятное
- не было противопожарной кошмы (одеяла)
- огнетушители без шлангов и без креплений в салоне
- в некоторых местах видно пыль, плохо убираются
- мало всяких кухонных принадлежностей
- мотор для динги при приемке проверяли в бочке с водой, все работало. Но на второй запуск из него стал капать бензин, пока весь не выкапал (при этом все что нужно было закрыто). Пытались починить и завести, так и не вышло. Может и мы что-то намудрили, но ранее при использовании моторов такого не было.
- швартовы толстые, грубые. Не очень приятно с такими работать. Длинные швартовы не такие длинные, как хотелось бы ;( на стоянке пришлось связывать несколько в один
- лент для скал нет
- метки на якорной цепи все стерты
