Pros:
1. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
2. Pleasant and reasonable managers and support.
3. The deposit was quickly returned to the card.

Cons:
1. Condition of the boat
- On the first day, the radio in the cockpit broke.
- The floor inside was heavily worn, as if it had been flooded and left that way, overall a musty smell.
- The wine storage compartment (under the floor) had a very strong musty and damp smell, and by the end, its holder broke.
- One handle was missing on the fuel switch, it had to be switched with pliers.
- In the aft cabin, almost every night the fuse beeped due to complete battery discharge. Moreover, the battery itself was fine. The charter company said it was a glitch.
- Towards the end, one of the toilets started leaking… into the cabin.

2. Equipment
- The bed linen was very thin and unpleasant.
- There was no fire blanket (blankets).
- Fire extinguishers were without hoses and mounts in the salon.
- In some places, there was visible dust, not cleaned well.
- There were few kitchen utensils.
- The outboard motor for the dinghy was checked in a barrel of water upon acceptance, everything worked. But on the second start, gasoline started leaking from it until it was completely drained (while everything that needed to be closed was closed). We tried to fix it and start it, but it didn't work. Maybe we did something wrong, but we hadn't had such issues with motors before.
- The mooring lines were thick and rough. Not very pleasant to work with. The long mooring lines were not as long as we would have liked; we had to tie several together at the dock.
- There were no climbing tapes.
- The markings on the anchor chain were all worn off.
