Varadero is aprime resort of Cuba. Its proximity to Havana makes it a great starting base for a cruise along the coast of Cuba if you would like to call at the capital. The stunning endless beaches and the only Cuban golf course are not the only advantages which make Varadero a unique holiday destination for a cruise. The best way to explore the coast is by boat - there are great sightseeing opportunities thanks to three harbours placed one by another - Gaviota, Darsena and Chapelin. While calling at Varadero you can try scuba diving in the Cayo Piedras del Norte- an excellent marine park.
