Everything was great - the office personnel and the senior technician Willy was incredibly nice and friendly!
Boat was in good condition, although had some minor issues, air conditioner wasn't working sometimes, but in general boat delivered a lot of joy.
The destination is great as well, visited a lot of interesting places.
One bad thing to mention - Ash, the local operations manager. We had some misunderstanding, but I provided him with my feedback, and I believe we managed to settle things down.
Everything else was just perfect and I'd like to thank everyone at The Globe Sailor team, and especially Pavel, for helping me to arrange this amazing adventure!

We charted with Bao as Captain and Yut as a cook. Both were excellent!
Everything about the charter was great, my only comment for improvement would be to have better communication in English with the Captain in order to be able to align better on our desire to helm and crew more.

We had a great time and everything went well. Challenges with the generator and the small outboard for the dingy. We lost the generator on the 4th day and could not run the AC or chill box and lost some food as a result. The small outboard ran, but could not produce forward thrust to get you moving faster than a paddle speed at best. Charter company ran another out board out to us and recognized that the generator was not repairable and offered a discount on our charter that was acceptable. Everything else went as expected and planned. Given the number of moving parts on a trip like this, we can say it went very smooth. Would definitely charter again with the company, staff is exceptional and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the base. Adam advised expertly on route and good places to stop.

Yacht Haven Marina is a great facility with showers and a nice restaurant.

Boat was exactly as expected.

There is a not a real supermarket at the marina, just a very small shop.
A €50 return taxi is required to get to the Tesco or Macros for provisions. Bottled water is very expensive on the islands once you are sailing.

Having Bareboat charterd on numerous occasoions i would put the experience up there as one of the best. The team are professional and everything was well presented. I would recomend doing a trip on on this boat.
Both check in and cj=heck out was quick and easy.

The boat is in good condition and sales well.

Fie Jian is a reliable and straightforward boat with good rigging and good battery. Overall, she's well looked after and the local company that looked after us provided excellent local information, an abundance of supplies and was always very kind and responsive. Will do this again next year. Felt anchor chain was a bit short but it was a 10mm (not 8mm) chain tickness and we never experienced any dragging, so maybe extra weight made the difference. Very happy!
