One week rental

As usual, we followed GlobeSailor's advice and were not disappointed. The welcome, the explanations about the boat, and the return of the boat were very nice, even if it's never the most enjoyable part of the week. The whole team was really great. Good communication before and during our week in Greece, south of Lavrio, with the new base manager... I rarely take the time to write reviews, but we are happy to do so this time. One remark, I spent a week on a 33-foot boat with my wife (only 2 on board); it was the only "small boat" in the fleet. We sincerely hope that the base will keep this boat for small crews.

Thanks to the entire team on site. Special thanks to Fotis for his professionalism and efficiency. Very accommodating to facilitate the handover of the boat as quickly as possible and, most importantly for us, an ultra-professional and thorough check-in like we have never had before. Additionally, very friendly, honest, fair, and smiling from start to finish, easily reachable via WhatsApp. The boat (Air Bender) was perfectly suited for our program, well-equipped, and everything was functional with no issues regarding electrical autonomy and water. 10/10

Everything was perfect in organizing our week of sailing in the Cyclades from Lavrion:
-Very good contacts with Clément from GlobeSailor.
-Great availability throughout the process, from the first request for a quote to the end of the cruise.
-Interesting offers that were also fully in line with our requests.
-Good contacts with the local rental company (before/during)
-Everything was as announced.
-Boat and equipment were in good condition and very clean.
-Very accommodating from the rental company regarding check-in and check-out times, to please the crew if possible.

In short, highly recommended!

Greece

One day before boarding we received a call that the sailing yacht we rented had a serious damage, we could not sail. Immediately The Globe Sailor has taken care for a replacement yacht in the same area. We really appreciated their swift response.

During our trip we noticed there were some heavy wind coming up at the end of the week. The local partner of Globe Sailor also send us a message with this warning. He also offered us a sightseeing tour when we arrived back in the port, due to the heavy wind. We didn't use his proposal, but we appreciated his efforts in making our stay in Greece pleasant.
