The agency managing the boat is made up of people who know and love their job. The boat was perfectly prepared. During the handover, we received all the explanations we needed and advice for the stops and navigation. If needed, Aurélien is attentive. The boat is perfectly maintained. It looks new. It is very well equipped both from a nautical and domestic point of view. It has nice storage spaces. The genoa is self-tacking, some appreciate it, others do not. Renting a spinnaker when little wind is expected can be useful. We were 8. 7 days of sailing towards the Spanish Basque Country.

Hiking cruise in bascocantabrique

Embarked in Hendaye, after a professional and warm welcome from the staff, lights on the boat on the evening of our arrival, transport of groceries ordered from Intermarché from their office to the boat, sailing to San Sebastian, then walking and sailing to Getaria, sailing to Zumaia, from there given the weather, beautiful but with no wind, transfer by train to Deba, and return on foot via the GR 121, magnificent with these fishtail rocks, sailing around Zumaia, to avoid the forecasted fog (mini tornado coming from the west), then after a "jump" by train to Bilbao to avoid rainy weather, return to Saint Jean de Luz via Pasaia, after dropping off hikers in San Sebastian, ...and from Saint Jean de Luz the last leg to Hendaye. Last kindness from our renters, they drove us to the train station on Saturday morning! Very beautiful week, top weather for the sun, but unfortunately very/too little wind!

The boat was good, the company very friendly, and the cruise along the Basque coast was exceptional. We arrived by coastal sailing through the fishing ports to Bilbao and it was great, plus we only had to pay for one docking.
