The company supplies an ALL inclusive service, whereby you are not having to lay out cash for cleaning, towels etc. Their provisioning service albeit good, did not supply enough variety as others.

Excellent customer service and repair of a faulty engine was handled in a very speedy and efficient manner.

Check in and check out is well staffed and efficient.

Da es unser erster Charterurlaub überhaupt war, wussten wir nicht worauf wir uns eingelassen hatten. Es war dann eines der besten Urlaube überhaupt. Die Charterfirma hat uns an das Thema Boot(6,5 x 13 Meter) super herangeführt. Das Boot ließ sich wirklich einfach führen und bedienen. Es wurde sogar kostenlos ein Skipper für einen Vormittag zur Verfügung gestellt. Fazit: wir machen nur noch Booturlaub mit dieser Firma. PS: wir sind kein Fake

El barco: un catamaran a motor Cumberland 44 del año 2005.
El estado de conservación y mantenimiento era muy correcto, teniendo en cuenta la antigüedad de la embarcación.
El primer día, tuvimos una seria avería en uno de los motores, que nos obligo a volver al punto de partida y esperar dos días, para que la avería estuviera bien resuelta.
En todo momento la empresa, capitaneados por Sr. Rossbach y su equipo, nos atendieron, muy satisfactoriamente,
Nos facilitaron otra embarcación durante el tiempo que duro la reparación (dos días) y nuestra tripulación siguió disfrutando de nuestra "movida" aventura.
El tiempo y la mar, no fueron demasiado complacientes con nosotros durante esta semana, pero el buen navegar del catamaran Cumberland 44, las atenciones de la empresa y la maravillosa costa de Mallorca, enriqueció unas vacaciones que parecían complicadas..
Volveremos!!!
