How does the GlobeSailor concierge service work?

For all our yacht charters and cruises, in all destinations, your concierge will be reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone or by email, from 7 days before your departure, for the duration of your cruise, and until the day after your trip has ended.  The exclusive service is available in English and French.
