Communication was good throughout and and having arrived the day before we were able to complete the handover of the boat by early afternoon. The boat sailed well and and the engine performed impeccably. Apart from a Ricky kettles the boat was well equipped and all our needs were catered for.

Only small supermarkets near the base, so an option to stock boats with bulky stuff i.e. bottled water, wine & beer would be useful. Quite some growth on the hull, costs a lot of speed. I understand that the time between bookings is not there, but some sort of shared cleaning system shouldn't be beyond the reach of all the charter firms operating out of Palma Berth booking systems in the islands are all over the place, portsib & caib useful, but took a while to discover they are needed and how to use them. An extra chapter in the charter handbook would be useful. Amount of info needed at each marina is time consuming and frustrating. Surely one app or a standard single photocopied sheet set up in Palma with the info should work for all ports / marinas

Very kind, competent and helpful crew at the destination. Quick response and perfect technical guidance when bowtruster stopped working. Quick check in and check out. A guidance to marinas capable to accommodate a boat with a draft exceeding 2m would be very helpful as they are few on Mallorca.

We had a very friendly welcome by the charter company and had all the flexibility to adjust check-in and check-out times, no doubt also because the current situation allows more time per customer. The yacht was in a very good condition and we are definitely considering this charter company again for future trips to Mallorca. We needed to discard our ambitious goal of a circumnavigation of the whole Island due to unfavourable wind conditions on the northern and western sides, but this gave us more options to explore the east coast, which is worth the while due to the many hidden little coves that make great anchorages over night. Be prepared to set up land lines in these coves. I suppose the summer months can get quite busy here, so, always have a backup plan in case your destination cove is chock full.
