Fountaine Pajot

Orana 44

Designed by the famous architect firm Joubert-Nivelt, the Orana 44 is a comfortable human-size yacht that is easy to manoeuvre and made for offshore cruising. With their perfect mastery of the infusion technique, the Fountaine-Pajot shipyard uses a perfectly homogeneous composite, which enables to reduce weight, provides greater strength to the entire hull structure while preserving the environment. With a sail area of 110 m2 in upwind conditions, this 13-meter catamaran offers well-sustained performance. All sailing controls are grouped at the helm, it is therefore easy to safely navigate with a reduced crew. The focus placed on the general ergonomics of this unit is a real bonus. The deck layout has been designed to facilitate manoeuvring and movement on board. What is also striking is the rigid bimini which extends the coachroof above the whole cockpit space and enables to easily access the mainsail controls. The cockpit and saloon are on the same level and a large sliding bay provides direct access between the two. Very well laid-out, the Orana 44’s interior is big and functional and offers beautiful spaces that are brightened up by a very pleasant luminosity.
